Tales Of The Unexpected Episodes

The “Tales of the Unexpected” was an Anglia television series made between 1979 and 1988. Each episode was approximately 25 minutes in length, and they were initially written by short-story writer Roald Dahl, other writers taking over later in the series.

Up until series three the show was introduced by Roal Dahl, who would give a short monologue explaining his inspiration for the story.

By 1988 the show had began to lose some of its sparkle and some of its critical acclaim. After 112 episodes the series was finally axed.
